Service Administrator

What Will You Be Doing?

We are currently looking to recruit a dynamic people person to work in our busy Service Department. You must work well under pressure whilst maintaining a professional attitude at all times. You will provide administrative support, processing retail and supplier invoices.

You will provide administrative support by:

  • Completing service costing and invoicing as required including retail/warranty/CVC/R&M billing, in satisfactory and timely completion
  • ​Maximising service gross profit retention and hours billed.
  • Timely completion of Sub-let and GOP re-billing

  • Liaising with customers and suppliers as required.

  • Supporting and assisting in resolving invoice disputes.

  • Completing administrative tasks set by your Manager and determined by the manufacturer or customer requirements in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Maintaining a close working relationship with DAF and other manufacturers as appropriate.

Please note that this position is a 12 month Maternity cover contract.

Previous Service Admin/Reception experience alongside Kerridge knowledge would be a distinct advantage but isn't essential.
